Refund & Cancellation Policy
BRKS STUDY SPACE is committed to providing quality educational services. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable guidelines issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA).
Cooling-Off Period
- Students may cancel their enrolment within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, no questions asked, provided no classes have been attended during this period.
Cancellation Before Course/Batch Start
- If you cancel your enrolment before the course or batch begins (and after the cooling-off period), you are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or message) to our team.
Cancellation After Course Has Started
- Once the course or batch has begun, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the institution.
- If approved, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused sessions.
- Fees for sessions already attended are non-refundable.
- As an alternative to a refund, students may request a transfer to another available batch of the same course, subject to availability.
Demo / Trial Classes
- If a free demo or trial class is offered and the student chooses not to continue, no charges will apply.
- If a paid trial session is offered, the terms of refund for the trial will be communicated before payment.
Cancellation by the Institution
- If BRKS STUDY SPACE cancels a course, batch, or session for any reason (including insufficient enrolments or instructor unavailability), enrolled students will receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled course or affected sessions.
- Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Instalment / EMI Payments
- If fees are being paid in instalments or via EMI, cancellation will result in a pro-rata refund for unused sessions. Any outstanding instalment obligations for sessions already delivered will remain payable.
- No additional cancellation penalties will be charged beyond the terms stated in this policy.
Non-Refundable Items
- Registration and admission fees are non-refundable (except in the case of institution-initiated cancellation).
- Study materials, if provided, are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Force Majeure
- In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-ordered closures, or prolonged infrastructure failure — BRKS STUDY SPACE will make reasonable efforts to continue services (e.g. by switching to online delivery).
- If services cannot be continued, affected students will be eligible for a pro-rata refund or credit for future courses, at the student's choice.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrolment.

Grievance Redressal
- If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund or cancellation request, you may escalate the matter to the Grievance Officer whose details are available on our Contact page.
- Students also have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District, State, or National) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
