One Dashboard for Your Entire Billing Picture

Subscription management in Ethera Guru used to mean jumping between screens to check your plan, spot an expiring trial, or work out what add-ons you were paying for. This release puts everything on one page and adds a self-serve path from sign-up to paid subscription.

Redesigned subscription dashboard

Your plan, wallet preview, add-on usage, and founding-member pricing now live on a single dashboard. A priority-driven expiry banner appears at the top of every page when something needs attention — an ending trial, a failed payment, or a lapsing price-lock — and you can dismiss it for the session.

Add-ons display live usage data: branch add-ons show a progress bar with colour-coded warnings at 80 % and 100 %, while feature add-ons show Active or Included badges with activation dates.

Self-serve trials, conversion, and rewards

There is now a complete self-service journey from first sign-up through to a paid subscription:

• Free trial in one click — Organisations without an active subscription see a welcome screen and can start a 30-day Scale trial immediately, with no need to contact support.
• Deferred plan scheduling — During your trial, pick the paid plan and billing cycle you want. Ethera Guru activates it automatically when the trial ends. Cancel anytime before it takes effect.
• Trial-to-paid conversion — The upgrade flow generates an invoice with wallet credits applied, presents a payment link, and activates your subscription once payment is confirmed.
• Credits wallet and referrals — View your credits balance and transaction history, track referrals, and submit a testimonial to earn bonus credits. The wallet preview card on the dashboard links to the full view.
• Founding-member badge — If you are a founding member, your badge now stays visible permanently in the header and avatar menu, even after the price-lock period ends.

Enrolment dates preserved in CSV import

When importing students via CSV, the enrolment date from your spreadsheet is now correctly preserved and shown in the preview screen before you confirm. Previously the date was silently replaced with today's date, which meant historical records were lost.

Invoice status badges fixed

Payment cards now display the correct status badges — paid, pending, overdue — with proper colour coding. Some status values were previously unrecognised, causing blank or incorrect badges.

Branch menu respects your plan

The "Switch branch" menu item is now hidden when your plan does not include multi-branch capability. When you are on a trial with the multi-branch add-on, branches appear correctly and you can create new ones as expected.
