Welcome returning students back, and a quieter subscription page
When a student comes back for another term, you can now welcome them straight into the same batch — no duplicate records, no lost history. We've also quietened the subscription page, so trial reminders tell you what's happening instead of nudging you mid-task.
Welcome a student back into a batch they've left
When a student finishes a batch, or you've marked them as "Did Not Join", you can now add them straight back into that very same batch. Until now, any past history in a batch was treated as "already enrolled", so the batch quietly disappeared from the picker and returning students seemed to vanish. Now only a student's current, open enrolment blocks a batch, so finished or did-not-join students show up again. When you re-enrol them, their earlier enrolment stays exactly as it was for your records, while a fresh enrolment and fee plan start cleanly. You'll find it on a student's profile under Add Enrolment, or from a batch under Students → Add Student to Batch.
A calmer subscription page
Your Settings → Subscription page now focuses on what matters: your current plan, your usage and your entitlements. Trial reminders simply tell you how long is left and when your trial ends — the "Choose a Plan" and "Subscribe Now" buttons that used to sit inside them are gone, so nothing interrupts you while you work. The small final-day reminder that appears across the app can now be dismissed, and the actions you rely on — starting a free trial, reactivating, or completing a pending payment — all work exactly as before. You'll find it under Settings → Subscription, and in the reminder strip at the top of the app.
