See exactly where your fees stand — without a single spreadsheet
If you've ever ended the month wondering how much fee you actually collected versus what was invoiced, you're not alone. This release changes that — EtheraGuru now surfaces fee-collection analytics directly inside your dashboard, courses, and batches so you can see the full picture (or drill into a single batch) without leaving the app.
Watch it in action
Nine interactive cards now appear on your main dashboard, on each course's Overview tab, and on each batch's Overview tab. You'll see Total Invoiced, Late Fee, Credit Applied, Pending, Overdue, Paid, Partially Outstanding, Credit, and Collection Rate — all in your organisation's currency.
The dashboard rolls up branch-wide figures, the course view aggregates across all its batches, and the batch view shows that batch alone. Switch between This Month, Last Month, or All Time, and a trend arrow instantly tells you whether collections are rising or falling compared to the previous period. Click any card to jump straight to the matching invoices — no manual filtering required.
Spot overpayments at a glance
When a student has paid more than the invoice total, an emerald credit badge now appears on the invoice card and detail page. You'll know immediately that carry-forward credit is available without opening every single record. It's a small visual touch that saves front-desk staff real time each day.
Smarter notification history
The WhatsApp notification tab on invoice pages now paginates — choose 10, 25, or 50 messages per page. When you open the tab it scrolls straight to the most recent message, so you always see the latest reminder first instead of hunting through months of history.
Quieter, more accurate behind the scenes
A handful of fixes make the system behave more predictably:
- Zero-amount invoices created when a credit balance fully covers the bill are now marked as paid automatically — no manual action, no unnecessary reminders.
- Consent-aware reminders — students who haven't given WhatsApp consent are no longer reprocessed on every cycle; the system records their status and respects the cooldown.
- Honest trend arrows — the Total Invoiced trend now excludes late fees so the period-over-period comparison reflects actual base fee movement.
- Accurate batch totals — multi-batch invoices are split correctly by line item, so each batch's Overview tab shows only its share.
