Know exactly how much fee you've actually collected
Knowing what you invoiced is one thing; knowing what actually landed in your account is another. This release adds a clear Collected figure, regroups your fee analytics so the main story is easier to read, and tightens the maths behind your totals so they reflect what really happened at your centre.
See how much you've actually collected
A new Collected figure now sits beneath Total invoiced on your dashboard, and on every course and batch. It shows the real money received in the period you're viewing — This Month, Last Month or All Time — rather than just the amount billed. Because it counts payments by the day they actually arrived, it can differ from your collection rate, which still reflects how much of your billed fees have been paid. You'll find it under Dashboard → Fee analytics, and on any Course or Batch → Overview.
A clearer, tidier layout
Fee analytics used to spread across nine separate cards, which made it easy to check the wrong one before a parent call. Now related figures sit together. Total invoiced leads the section, with Collected, Pending, Overdue and Partially paid grouped beneath it, while Adjustments holds late fees charged, credit held and credit applied. Trend arrows stay where they were, and tapping Pending, Overdue or Partially paid takes you straight to the matching invoices on the dashboard, courses and batches.
More accurate fee figures
Your totals are now less likely to be thrown off by mistakes or month-end timing. Cancelled invoices no longer count towards your figures, so a scrapped or duplicate invoice won't inflate what you think you've billed or collected. This Month and Last Month also follow your centre's billing time zone, helping a late-evening payment land in the right month instead of slipping into the next one.
